Think globally. Design locally!

The Global Service Jam is an annual event represented by cities and participants from all over the world. In 2018 the eighth annual Global Service Jam  will be held between 9th and 11th of March when more than 60 cities around the globe will be hosting their local events. Stavanger Service Design Jam is one of them.

 

The event itself is a team design challenge themed around a secret topic that will be revealed to the participants at 6:30 pm local time on Friday March the 9th. The teams will then have 48 hours to develop this theme through innovative ideas and concepts. These ideas may take a form of a new product, service, software, campaign or anything else their creative minds will have to offer.

 

This event largely appeals to people with business and design experience. Having said that, everyone regardless of their background is invited and encouraged to participate! We believe that the greatest diversity produces the most interesting results. Whether you are a designer, an artist, an entrepreneur, a teacher, a student or a homemaker, please join us at the Global Service Jam!
